I love being in business. I love the challenge and the mind games I have to play with myself to stay sane.
Frustration, burnout, excitement, satisfaction, fulfillment… all comes with the territory of working for yourself.
It truly is “a game” and if you take it too seriously, you are setting yourself up for upset and ulcers.
We try to control others while being out of control with our own selves.
It’s nuts and it is what it is.
I’ve had great days and some not so great and expect the future will be more of the same. It is what it is. It’s life.
Rather than trying to change people, I focus on attracting who I want and who already wants what I have to offer and repelling everybody else. Less chasing, more attracting.
So, since people are who they are and things are what they are, doesn’t it make sense to focus on ourselves?…what we CAN control?
What’s going on in your life or practice that you can just accept?
Can you take away the question mark (?) and replace it with a period (.)?
Embrace the “real world” and work within it.
Be harder on yourself and easier on others.
