Your #1 asset is not the money in your bank account or the equity in your home.

Your #1 asset is your patient files—your list of all those patients who have been in your office in the past or are coming in now.

But here’s the problem…

It’s Perishable

A long time ago, the Direct Marketing Association did a study and found that if you do not maintain the attention of your past and current customers with frequent communication, then over time they will become as responsive as a stranger, which will cost you a lot of money in both returning business and referrals you’ll never see.

There is nothing more expensive than replacing customers.
You have to spend time and money to build rapport and trust.
Just like a real relationship.

Every patient has a shelf life. But the good news is that if you maintain their attention and provide them value even if they are not coming in, their shelf life is practically indefinite.

Your job isn’t only to do a great job getting them out of pain as quickly as possible (which is ultimately what they want), but you must keep their attention… for life.

That is how to explode your practice with returning customers and referrals.

I know it’s painful to look at all those patient files of people who have been in your office but are no longer coming back or referring to you.

But it doesn’t have to be this way, especially if you do your part and let ChiroTrust do its part.
