Don’t think that your patients drop out of care?

Determine how many new patients started care in the last 2-5 years (between Jan 1, 2015 and Dec 31, 2017, for example) and then figure out how many of those patients still come in from time to time.

You will discover that it’s a really small number.

It’s not about how many visits per patient you’re able to “sell”.

What matters is how many years patients keep coming in (regardless of the number of visits) and how often they refer others.

To grow your practice, you need to think long term (years, not months, or weeks).
