Occasionally, an intermediate member of ChiroTrust will be fully implemented (or very close to it) and ask what to do next.
Typically, this tells me that they are either expecting a greater response or they can’t sit still. 🙂
Either way, the next move is to focus on each and every patient.
Realize that each patient interaction is also marketing.
When you can, spend more time with them.
Be interested in what they are interested in. Ask questions.
Compliment them if and when appropriate.
Making them feel better should go beyond the physical.
Enjoy their company.
That way, they enjoy yours and want to come back and refer others.
