WARNING (especially now):
Right now, there are several forces attempting to capture the attention of your patients—past, present, and future—and pull them away from your practice… forever.
They include:
- Historic (bad) advice from friends and family and co-workers
- An uptick in online and T.V. “infomercial”-type products related to pain relief
- Over-the-counter medication sales are at all-time high.
Depending on how much trust you’ve established with your past and current patients and how strong your relationship is with them…
“They” will either stick with you or quickly stray elsewhere. For many D.C.s, it is too late but for members of ChiroTrust, it is never too late.
So YOU really have two goals in practice…
#1 – Build TRUST when your patients—especially when they are NOT in your office.
#2 – Build a fence around your patients’ ATTENTION.
When trust and attention are lacking, patients are less likely to start care, come back, and refer. This type of practice will struggle or at best, plateau and require a lot of money and energy to maintain.
When you have these two areas under control (TRUST and ATTENTION) and you are giving patients EXACTLY what they want while they are IN your office, you create the condition in which your practice can grow itself from within.
That way, you can ENJOY taking care of your patients and less time worrying where the next one will come from.
