Here’s a tip…
To increase practice revenue, get more done in less time.
We call it “compressing time.”
It sounds obvious but not many Chiropractors know what compressing time means and how to do it.
Here’s a good way to look at it….
Let’s say you’re collecting $20,000 per month in your practice and you want to collect $40,000.
You need to compress 2 months into 1.
8 weeks into 4.
8 hours into 4.
2 days into 1.
2 hours into 1.
Get it?
Good. To make it happen, you must apply the principle of compressing time to virtually everything that occurs in your practice from marketing to capacity and even to patient results.
Compressing time doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to work twice as much or twice as hard.
Nor does it mean that you need to double your expenses.
It’s a mindset.
A guidance system.
An attitude.
A way of operating that includes elimination, delegation, automation, and outsourcing.
Buy speed.
It requires YOU to do only what YOU are good at—the things that can’t be done by anyone else and letting someone else do the rest.
If you really want to increase revenue, take a hard look at what YOU are doing and how everything else gets done.
Time really is money.
Don’t waste it.
Leverage it using people, technology, and ChiroTrust.
There is no other way.
