There Is No Competition at the Top

These days, I think the only way to succeed is to position yourself at the top.

No one is going to do it for you.

Start by simply answering this question…

“What do I need to do,
how do I need to act and be, and
how do I need to be perceived
so that it is obvious to my marketplace
and my patients that I am #1?”

Anything less puts you in muddy waters with the rest.

Picture a pyramid with you at the top with everyone else far below and just a few biting at your heels.

It’s a much better position to be in, don’t you think?

So think about what needs to change and reverse engineer your way to the top.

It’s the fastest way.

The only way.
