The Three C’s (and One A)

There are a lot of ways to communicate with patients…

  • a phone call
  • show up at their home or workplace
  • mail them a letter
  • Social Media
  • TV, Radio, Blimps, Bus Stop Benches, Billboards, etc.
  • texting
  • email
  • any maybe a few more I’m missing

The problem is, most can’t be done daily, are not appropriate, don’t get attention when standing alone, or are not practical.

Something done once or in a vacuum is like taking one link and calling it a chain.
There must be continuity, consistency, and congruence in your all of your communication.

These days, daily is what it takes. At least during the week.
