Chiropractic IS Awesome
But with all the responsibilities, commitments, and distractions that come with owning a business, it can be a lot to handle—especially if you welcome or feel the need to respond to interruptions. I do not.
What works for me is to never ever multi-task. Instead, I cluster everything into 15-, 30-, or 60-minute intervals during the work week. I take every Friday off, and I reserve Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for everything else.
It’s almost impossible to get things done without a strategy to get things done.
Do what works for you but when it stops working, it’s time to spend time thinking of a better way.
Once you get it right, nothing will move you forward faster.
