I love this topic because it causes so much inaccurate thinking…and keeps me far ahead of the competition and can do the same for you.
I’m referring to snail mail: Paper, Ink, Postage
The wisdom behind ChiroTrust is that it is patient, customer… list driven.
Building from within.
Investing in patient development, relationships, and retention.
See nobody has access to your list.
Your list IS your practice.
It is where ALL your revenue comes from.
Back to snail mail…
The best thing every new member can do is to start right by doing email AND snail mail.
Provided that your patients respond to you and your care, then to maximize the value of your list, you must incorporate snail mail.
Email is important but so is snail mail.
They are the air and water that is needed for your practice to grow.
You need both.
Snail mail twice a month.
Not once a month.
The OIC postcard and the Pain Relief Updates.
Go back a year and put everyone who has been in during the last 12 months into your snail mail list.
That’s ideal.
Otherwise, the past 6 months.
Worst case, start this month’s new patients on your snail mail and add all future new patients to these mailings.
As your list grows…
As you email AND snail mail…
As you only give patients what THEY want…
Your practice WILL grow.
If it doesn’t, then you have something/s going on that are repelling patients like price, excessive treatment recommendations, lack of rapport, likability, competency, confidence, or professionalism.
Everything matters.
Do everything.
Do everything right.
Work ON your practice.
And get those mailings out! 🙂
