Through the years, I’ve encountered numerous Chiropractors who have entertained the bright idea of buying or starting a totally unrelated side business or adding new products and/or services to their existing practice.
Seldom do side businesses pan out for these doctors.
Here is why…
Successful D.C.s rarely want to or need to add a side business to their lives. They are already winning.
In other words, if a D.C. can’t make a simple Chiropractic practice work (there are successful chiropractors in virtually every demographic), then they likely also will lack the discipline and work ethic to succeed in any other business endeavor.
Success requires grit, hustle, dedication, delegation, outsourcing, and consistent execution. To think that struggles and successes are externally driven or product-dependent is false.
So stick with what you got and constantly get better at it.
