A common problem among Chiropractors is self-motivation… and there are reasons for this.
Here are just a few…
- Overwhelmed with practice complexity
- Unconvinced that improvement is possible
- No support system
- Living in the past
- Feeling misunderstood
- No financial discipline
- Relationship issues
- Stress
If you can relate, I recommend more sleep, exercise, be outdoors as much as possible, no TV, create a big goal that excites you, and go deep into personal development.
Get back to basics with books, videos, and create a time management system that helps you get the most out of each day.
Never underestimate the power of preparedness that planning, waking up early, and visualization creates.
Living in the moment, staying positive, and the elimination of bad habits not only increases productivity, but it also increases good luck.
So work on yourself first and watch what happens around you.
These are just a few things that I do and use that I hope helps you, if and when you need it.
