Rushing is a symptom of:
- unfinished business
- distraction
- procrastination
- poor people, planning & time management
Rushing perpetuates rushing.
The cure? Obviously…
Slow Down
Breathe slowly
Speak slowly
Walk slowly
Stop “multitasking”.
Plan your day the night before (a big one for me).
Get the most important things done each day (preferably first).
There is a saying,
“If you want something done, ask a busy person.”
The busiest people don’t rush.
They just get a lot done.
