Business requires relationships.
But not in a “buy my stuff” way.
Rather, in a way that creates a real relationship.
If you had a friend who just wanted to sell you something all the time, you would probably end the relationship.
But if you had a friend who cared for you unconditionally, who was always there when you were in need, and who did things for you without any expectation in return…
AND that friend just so happened to own a bike shop, my guess is that you would buy bikes from this friend and tell others to do the same.
Provided they sold good bikes, of course.
So be that person to your patients, “sell” only the type of care that they want and then watch your practice grow.
