Seriously, if you don’t feel like you have a relationship with each and every patient, then you have some work to do.
Let me explain…
The difference between you and every other Chiropractor in your town MUST BE the relationship.
…and the relationship MUST be built on trust.
…and the trust MUST be built over time.
So how do you do that?
Undersell and then overdeliver.
Never worry about money but DO worry about IF you are doing your best.
You MUST go the extra mile.
Start with rapport.
Listen
Smile
Be present
Respect them
How? By how your practice looks, by how you look, by how you act.
And never rush.
First impressions matter but so does every other visit.
So don’t take any of your patients for granted—even your biggest fans because (trust me) their love IS conditional.
If they don’t win, they will make darn sure that you don’t either.
At the end of the day, the only way you can build a practice is by building, managing, and maintaining relationships.
