So is eating right, exercising daily, and saying no to eating poorly or drinking too much—or even drinking at all.
Anything that requires discipline, time management, emotion, or resources is…
Anything that you don’t want to do is most likely real work and probably good for you.
For me, eating salads is real work.
So is writing a book or putting out videos.
If you can reach your goals doing only what you want, when you want, and with and for whom you want, that’s great.
Strive for that.
Until then, you just got to do what you don’t want to do.
It’s that simple.
That’s REAL work.
