How are you doing? Hope all is well.

Have you noticed that it is soooo tempting and fulfilling to reveal all that you know to educate and inform patients?

To do most of the talking?

Trust me, I get it but….

It is not nearly as effective as these 3 tips for creating rapport and creating and keeping patients… because if you don’t attract and retain, what you know has no value…

1. Ask
2. Listen
3. Agree

Write down those 3 words and memorize them. More importantly…

Remember to Ask, Listen, Agree.
