Yesterday, I received an email from a new member of ChiroTrust.

I recorded an audio of my answers to his questions which you can listen to below.(For professional reasons, his identity has been edited out.)

As you will hear, I treat my members like friends and family. I “keep it real”. They seem to appreciate my no B.S. approach and I hope you do too.

Subject: QUESTION…..

A few questions for you:

1. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on our office fees. We charge $69 for a new patient evaluation + 1st treatment. We advertise that we charge $45 per office visit, yet almost no one pays this amount. As long as they are coming once per month, we charge $35 per visit (which is what most people pay). We also have a maintenance plan where we charge $64 per month ($32 per visit) for office visits every other week.

Is this in line with what Ben’s recommendations are? We are in XXXXXXX, CA

2. I need advise on setting up a bonus plan for my staff. Does Chiro-Trust have any recommendations regarding this?
