“Time To Think” is very important to me. It can’t be forced. It must be cultivated.
Here’s what I do that seems to make it effortless, fruitful, and fun.
First and foremost, I get plenty of rest.
Yep, early to bed and early to rise. Down at 9, up at 5.
I take naps. Daily. 20 minutes. Anywhere will do.
I move my body. Daily. Mostly at the gym, but also at the foot of my bed before I shower. (200 push-ups, 200 air squats, 15 minutes on my X-ISER.)
I’m “Keto” most of the time and don’t eat ’til noon. (12-8 feeding window)
My supplements? Pure Encapsulations (for men over 40 – link here) plus 10,000 IU D3, Omega fish oil, vitamin k, 5000 mg Vitamin C, and PB8 Probiotics.
I’ve also have been through Landmark Forum and Meditation Training.
All these things, I believe, help me think better and more accurately.
Success has more to do with how we think than what we think.
The how influences the what.
