“Marketing” is a verb.
Actions that are market driven.
vs.
“Producting” or “Chiropracting”
(Those are not real words but you get the point.)
In business (including Chiropractic), the focus must be on the market.
Them, not us.
The patient, not the doctor.
Their experience, not yours.
Consider playing patient.
Look around at everything that they see, feel, touch, experience from your website to your parking lot, from the front to the back door, and Online and Offline.
Look out for anything that could cause a disconnect between what they want and what you provide.
Do they really want it?
Do they already understand and accept it?
Do they like how it makes them feel?
Is it about them (market) or you (Chiropractic)?
Everything is and should be market driven. (marketing).
Because everything IS marketing.
What impresses and motivates THEM.
What THEY want.
How THEY want it.
When THEY want it.
Be slippery.
Offer no resistance.
No speed bumps.
Like it or not, the less they feel the need to think, the better.
It’s human nature. It is what it is. Work with it and it will work for you.
