Chiropractic has a problem, as do ALL “passion, purpose, and personalities” industries.
Each perpetuates a “me”, not “you”, point of view.
Each forgets that the customer calls the shots.
The customer decides…
If you are right or wrong.
If you are worthy of their time.
If you even matter.
So take a hard look at what you do, say, and expect from your patients.
Is it about them or you?
Everything you do should be about them.
So NO, don’t block out times for new patients or “report of findings”.
Don’t call “missed appointments”.
Don’t over treat, over charge, or require patients to jump through your hoops.
Jump through theirs.
Be simple and convenient.
Surpass their expectations.
Do only what they want from you.
Make them more important than yourself or this industry that we call Chiropractic.
