How do you know if your patients are satisfied with their care?

Referrals.

That’s it.

Now, when it comes to case types less likely to refer (like P.I.),
conditions typically not treated by D.C.s,
or for a product/service that most people aren’t interested in,
then you better be willing and able to spend and do what it takes to attract enough of them.

Sounds like a lot of work to me. 🙂

…Especially when there are so many people looking for a Chiropractor good at quickly fixing neck and back pain.
