Actions speak louder than words.
I’ve been an observer all my life. My mom used to tell me that as a child, I observed everything.
I couldn’t take my eyes off the clouds when we flew or off the road when we drove.
To this day, I learn more about how the world works by observation. More than speaking with others or even reading.
So as you continue to work on and in your practice, it wouldn’t hurt to observe what I do “to” you.
I create content.
I email you.
I snail mail you.
The fact that you don’t read everything I put out there isn’t the point.
The point is this…
“It” worked on you.
But more importantly…
If you put your list and patients first, ENOUGH people will figure out who you are, what you’re about, and why they should be your patient and refer others.
And become an expert observer!
It will serve you well.
