- Don’t care about what you can’t do, only what you can do.
- Don’t follow the herd.
- Stay happy, positive, strategic, structured, disciplined, and active.
- Create daily rituals and practices that best serve your mental state so that you can maximize your confidence and effectiveness.
- Don’t overreact. Always stay calm.
- Don’t worry about the future.
- Don’t eat crap. Just stop it. Snacks are for kids, treats are for dogs. Just stop.
- Go to bed early. Wake up early. Currently I go to bed at 7:30 and wake up at 4.
- Turn off the T.V. It’s doing you harm.
- Do strenuous activity daily and walk each day, ideally for an hour.
