  5. Don’t overreact. Always stay calm.
  6. Don’t worry about the future.
  7. Don’t eat crap. Just stop it. Snacks are for kids, treats are for dogs. Just stop.
  8. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Currently I go to bed at 7:30 and wake up at 4.
  9. Turn off the T.V. It’s doing you harm.
  10. Do strenuous activity daily and walk each day, ideally for an hour.
