1. Market smart, not hard. Less work, less money spent, less dependence on social media, limited-time offers, discounts, and gimmicks.

2. Whatever most Chiropractors are doing, do the opposite. Most D.C.s are wrong about everything.

3. Aim for simplicity. Try to simplify every aspect of your practice. It’s a process that never ends but it is key for growth and sustained profit margins.
