  2. Don’t take your feelings and emotions too seriously. You will get through this, for sure. It’s amazing what a good night sleep will do for you. Wake up early each morning. Get at least one thing each day for you, your family, and your practice.
  3. Manage the media or it will manage you. Pick two times each day to get and stay informed on “The Virus” and then make the most out of this day and this opportunity to adapt and grow as a person and as a business owner.
