Marketing is like light. The brighter and the stronger, the greater the reach and exposure.
List x Frequency = Marketing Power (MP)
Examples:
New ChiroTrust member A:
List size (going back a year) = 300
This member only emails his or her list.
300 x 20 emails each per month = MP of 6,000
New ChiroTrust member B:
Same size list: 300
But this member also mails each person twice per month as instructed (O.I.C. postcard and monthly pain relief updates).
300 x (20 emails per month + 2 snail mails) = MP of 6,600
New ChiroTrust member C:
Same size list: 300
This member does everything A and B members do plus boosts an O.I.C. article once a day 7 days a week.
300 X (20 emails per month, 2 snail mails, ~30 boosted articles per month) = MP of 15,600
AND THAT’S JUST IN THE FIRST MONTH OF CHIROTRUST!
Let’s fast forward 3 years from day 1….
Let’s say for the sake of this example that each year these doctors averaged 30 new patients per month…
3 years after day 1 this list is now 300 + 360 + 360 + 360 = 1,380 people
At month 37, member C’s MP is now 71,760!
HECK, IF I CAN GET MOST CHIROTRUST MEMBERS
TO JUST BE “MEMBER B” ABOVE,
I’D DOUBLE THE REACH OF THIS PROFESSION!!!
Now in the real world, some patients move, die, or opt out of getting emails, and the amount of new patients you get per month will probably grow as your list does, but hopefully you get the point:
As long as you can avoid the temptation to over treat and over charge…
As long as you give your patients what THEY want…
As your list and MP grows…
So will your practice.
Sure, one day it may level out but…
When that happens, all you’ll have to do is adjust, get paid, and go home.
By that time, you should have most everything delegated, automated, and systematized.
