I have NEVER met someone who ate clean, got enough sleep, drank plenty of water, kept their calories in check, ate enough protein, and did the proper amount of cardio and progressive resistance training… who did NOT get into great shape.
Not one.
Nobody can get into shape by accident.
I have never met a successful Chiropractor who succeeded by accident either.
If you aren’t killing it in practice, it is only because you aren’t doing what it takes.
It’s a combination of not knowing what to do and not being willing to do it.
Every success in life is built purposely, methodically, and consistently… regardless of feeling like it or not.
