But the time-tested business model of a low overhead, pay per visit, short-term care practice has stood the test of time.

Why?

Because it’s what the market wants and there is nothing anyone, even you, can do about it.

Now you might be thinking… “I have high overhead…both personally and professionally…I can’t afford to simplify!”

My response?

You can’t afford not to.

Here’s why…

When you rely on advertising and manual labor self-promotion, then you and your market get burned out.

So here’s my question for you…

1. Would you rather endure a constant level of stress and pain over the rest of your career? or…

2. Go through a little pain now…the pain that is required to eliminate processes, products, and services that aren’t really creating unique value, the pain that is required to possibly lower your fees, the pain that is required to possibly experience a pause or maybe even a setback in your practice…in exchange for feeling really good about what you do and knowing that, over time, more and more patients will come back and refer others? Because that’s when you’re in the practice building, and not patient replacing, business.

Yes, when YOU are your product, you really can multiply through subtraction!
