I Wish It Wasn’t True…

When I was a kid, there was no Internet, no cell phones, and no social media.

The TV only had 10 channels.

As a matter of fact, all the programs ended at midnight, the National Anthem played, and the screen went static until 6am the next morning.

Sending a message took days or weeks, not a microsecond.

I’m not telling you anything you don’t know except this…

Most people are addicted to content.

Most people can’t turn their phones off.

They must be distracted, preoccupied, and stimulated pretty much all the time.

I wish it wasn’t true.

As business owners, we must either accept it and use it to our advantage… or perish.

We must forever keep in contact with our patients.

Online…
Offline…
All the time.
