How To Set Up Your Practice And Your Life To Win

Too many Chiropractors blow it for themselves.

They sign leases for way too much money and way too much space. (That “Build it and they will come” mentality only works when you are dreaming or watching the movie “Field of Dreams”.)

They go into a “partnership” with the idea that “two heads are better than one”. (Save partnerships for dancing. Business partnerships in Chiropractic only create a false sense of security. There is nothing secure about them.)

They add more products and/or services thinking that more = more. (Yeah, more work, more distraction, more dilution of position, more expense, more stress…)

They think that their town, their patients, their “opportunities”, their market, their situation, and they is/are different. (It never is. Or at least, the real solution is rarely unique to them. Humans are humans. The principles of psychology and marketing are universal.)

They are convinced that the grass is greener on the other side. (It never is. Ever. There is only one you. Be that.)

To win, you must be self-aware.

You must know who you are and who you are not.

You must know what you want and have the right reasons for wanting it.

You must take 100% responsibility for your life and everything that happens in it.

You must surround yourself with winners.

You must be really good at nurturing relationships.

Finally, you must choose happiness now. No amount of money will make you any happier than you already are this very moment.

So if you are not happy now, then chances are, you need to let go of something, someone, or some story about the past, present, and future that is not serving you.

BE happy FIRST.
