Occasionally, I will come across a member who appears to be doing everything right.
He or she proves or claims that he/she emails and snail mails; uses the right business card; has a good practice name, hours, and price point; has an office that looks the part; etc.
Yet, for some reason, his or her practice isn’t growing.
Well, if that is the case—if all this is true—then this is the reason…
When you and I aren’t content with our personal life—a decision, a purchase, a relationship, a commitment, our physical body, or our habits—our practice/business suffers.
It’s almost as if the universe is going to throw symptoms at you until you pay attention.
Symptoms like…
- a C.A. quits
- an insurance audit
- a reduction in new patients, referrals, and returned visits
- a complaining or troubled spouse, significant other, or loved one
- lack of motivation, anxiety, sickness
So, if you want one specific thing in your personal and/or professional life to improve, then improve one thing, anything, in your life.
Then keep doing it.
It is the path to success.
