To me, pressure comes from being expected to achieve an outcome in a set period of time, either financially and/or personally.
Simply put, never retiring, establishing reasonable expectations, and letting go of all things outside of your control will eliminate most pressure in life.
This requires you to focus ON you—nobody else and nothing else.
This requires you to be mentally and physically fit and always growing, challenging, questioning, and being detached from the outcome.
Enjoy the process.
Live in the present.
Let go of what bothers you.
Everybody lives in their own head, not in yours
We live in a “What’s In It For Me?” world.
We always have.
Focus on you.
It’s all you can do.
Then watch the people around you raise their game, value you more, and be less problematic.
…But it begins and ends with you.
