Since most patients get the bulk of their care once they begin, why not be patient with nurturing the Doctor – Patient relationship once they are released?
What do you have to lose?
For example, let’s say a patient required 6 visits for them to feel like they’ve had enough care.
Notice I said “for them to feel” and not you.
(Side note…What they want is what matters, NOT what you think is best for them.)
Now let’s say that for the rest of their lives you maintained their attention daily using ChiroTrust media (like I do to you).
If you initially gave them only what THEY wanted, the probability is extremely high that over their lifetime they will return another 6 visits (and probably a lot more than that).
AND that they will refer.
See, it’s better to release them sooner than later. That way, you have years to communicate with them and benefit from their referrals and returning visits.
THAT’s how you build a practice that never needs to worry about how to attract patients.
Why?
Because you don’t need to replace them.
You keep them.
