I am always behind.
I never get caught up.
I could easily work every waking hour, 7 days a week.

But I don’t.

As a matter of fact, I get more done, the right things done, and I get ahead faster WHEN I have a little time off.

Not just Fridays-Sundays.

I set aside at least 3 hours a day to do nothing… so that peace, answers, and inspiration can come to me.

I still work 12 hours every workday and I still go to bed by 9 pm… But I need those 3 waking hours of doing nothing.

So if you want your work week to feel less hectic and less rushed, then do whatever you have to do to make time to do nothing.

Because nothing is something and being behind IS how you get ahead.
