Most D.C.s aren’t willing to work “hard” and “hard” doesn’t work.
Money as the primary motivator creates misery.
The market can care less about what we want and are passionate about.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORK HARD AND YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO “WHATEVER” TO MAKE MORE MONEY.
YOU WILL ATTRACT MORE PATIENTS, REFERRALS, AND RETURNING VISITS IF YOU PUT YOUR PATIENTS FIRST.
BECOME THE SIMPLE SOLUTION. CUSTOMERS DON’T WANT TO THINK TOO HARD, PAY TOO MUCH, OR SPEND TOO MUCH TIME DOING ANYTHING. THAT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS.
Simplicity is the solution.
Remove policies, procedures, and complexities.
Fine tune and narrow your product and your positioning.
Create more of everything with less of everything.
It’s a worthwhile exercise and process that should never end.
Be passionate about that.
