Warning…
This is a longer read than most of my email… a little rant and reveal of what is really going on in Chiropractic and WHY AND HOW Chiropractors “succeed”, and why most Chiropractors will continue to struggle their entire career.
I am writing this because I care and because I can afford to tell the truth.
Sadly, I should know better because how much I care won’t matter.
The number of endorsements and success story testimonials we already have and how fast I can get hundreds more if I wanted is meaningless.
How generous our ChiroTrust new member enrollment campaigns are is irrelevant.
The FACT that ChiroTrust IS the cleanest, most ethical, and most elegant way to build a practice (this is what members tell us) is sadly undervalued.
WHAT DETERMINES YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS IS YOU.
“But Ben so many Chiropractors get ripped off. They buy or try things that don’t work….can you blame ‘em?”
YES, I DO!!!
Life is tough.
There are no guarantees in life.
The only guarantee is this…
Doing nothing, being skeptical and adverse to change
will NOT build your practice.
I expect to receive a handful of “How dare you!” responses to this email from either D.C.s who think that they have justifiable reasons for why they are struggling or from D.C.s who are good at extracting $$$ from patients and insurance companies.
Or I will hear…
“Who do you think you are?… Why should we listen to you?… Get off your high horse!”
My results speak for themselves.
My members’ results speak for themselves.
Your results speak for themselves.
Ultimately…
Winners will Win.
Losers will Lose.
It is what it is.
Now, I am talking about BUSINESS.
Not who is a better parent, who is a better “adjuster”, who has been in practice the longest (which is meaningless by the way)
I know “loser” is a strong word. I just don’t know any other way to say it. I just think it’s better than “Insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result” …because that’s what losers do.
I define “winners” as…
Chiropractors who don’t over treat, don’t over charge, can get patients out of pain relatively quickly, know how to manage their office and home expenses, live a balanced life, and value their family, their relationships, and their own health, fitness, and wellbeing.
In addition, winners share many traits.
Here are just a few…
- Winners take more risks.
- Winners are confident.
- Winners get a lot done each day.
- Winners outsource and delegate important things that they suck at or just don’t want to do.
- Winners know how to manage time, expectations, and themselves.
- Winners don’t blame anyone for anything.
- Winners are market, not product, driven.
- Winners don’t waste others’ time.
- Winners express gratitude and say “thank you” often.
- Winners don’t see things as “success” or “failure”…just results…priceless information required to succeed.
- Winners don’t use the word “try”. They are either 100% “all in” or they are not.
Winners don’t try. They do.
Winners see ChiroTrust as a bargain and an investment, not an expense.
If the ChiroTrust membership fee was $2,000 a month, $20 a month, or free, we would still attract the same # of winners and whiners.
So how do Chiropractors blow it?
They fear decisions.
They fear failure.
They fear success.
So to play it safe, they do nothing.
They become comfortable in their story that their town is too big, too small, too rich, too poor, too whatever.
They have convinced themselves that successful doctors are crooks, greedy, or lucky.
Why should this matter to you?
Because this entire message today isn’t really about Chiropractors. It’s about YOUR “customers”, your patients.
Do the right thing for the right reason and be totally okay with who you attract and…
Who you repel.
Because good marketing should do both.
Good marketing attracts winners.
Patients who stay, pay, and refer.
And that’s what ChiroTrust does
…for winners.
