How do you know that your practice is working properly?
…When you can simply show up, adjust/treat, get paid, and go home.
…When you have nothing on your mind and everything is a ritual. A habit.
…When the thinking has been done.
Fix once what bothers you.
Put in the work once.
Do it well so that virtually nothing is on your mind.
If it’s on your mind, then you are doing something wrong.
Figure it out.
It’s worth the effort.
