For me, although I have a lot of work to do each and every work day. (My days are long…6 am to 10 pm Monday-Thursday) I’m grateful for my members, my team, and I am proud of my work.

But as you know, that’s not the entire picture, that’s not the entire “game”.

Health and Happiness is where it’s at.

Overall, I am happy but this is why….

Every day, I also fit in everything else.

I spend time with family.

I work out 7 days a week and eat super clean at least 6 days out of the 7.

I have a lot of friends. We hang out, talk about random stuff, and laugh a lot.

The key I’ve found is balance.

Balance reduces worry.

Balance maintains clarity and peace of mind.

Balance makes you a better and more successful doctor.

So be good to yourself.
