To me, everything is just stuff.
Stuff that needs to be thought about, talked about, or handled in some fashion.
Some stuff is merely a meaningless distraction.
Some stuff is out of my control and must be ignored no matter how unfortunate or painful.
Everything else either requires my attention or it doesn’t.
To get stuff done, you must say “no” to many thoughts, actions, distractions, temptations, and opportunities.
You must also protect your time and actually buy time by delegating as much “stuff” as possible to others to a level that allows you to do what ONLY you can and should do.
Most DCs spend their time like they spend their money: irresponsibly.
In business, time is money.
To get more stuff done, spend it wisely.
