I have a health and fitness coach who is helping me dial in my diet and my functional movement exercises.
We talk about fasting, food choices, and the exercises that matter the most to increase my body’s ability to perform.
But all this knowledge is worthless if I don’t act on it.
It’s the same when it comes to practice building, it’s not what you know that matters but what you do day in and day out.
Knowledge isn’t power until it is acted upon.
In my opinion, if you consistently focus on the fundamentals, then the fundamentals are all you’ll ever need.
When the fundamentals are lacking or ignored, it’s difficult to get where you want to go in business.
Success is hard.
Failure is hard.
Choose your hard.
