When a new patient steps in the door, are they treated like everyone else?
If so, that might not be bad, but it also might not be enough.
See, in the beginning of every new encounter or relationship, it’s wise to make a great impression.
It’s no different than a first date.
You are being evaluated.
Otherwise, there may not be a second.
On a first date, it is not unusual for each party to be unnecessarily skeptical, judgmental, and hard to please.
Can you afford to give each new patient a little more time for a week or two to build rapport, become liked, and to shock them with how special you are?
The answer is yes because you can’t afford not to.
So, this week keep that in mind… so that you stay on theirs.
