Fertile Ground

It’s been a long while since I’ve mentioned fertile ground in the context of a Chiropractic practice.

In short, I define it as everything your patients see, feel, hear, and touch while on your property and in your practice that makes them feel confident that they are in the right place.

This includes your signage, parking lot, the path to your main entrance, the front door, the waiting room, the front desk, the treatment rooms… Everything must look right.

Professional, not homey.

Clean, always.

Walt Disney had a saying…

“Clean clean windows”

Obviously, that meant to never wait until the windows needed cleaning.

Never wait until the trash needs emptying.

Never wait until there is disarray before straightening things up.

Plants, pictures, and even you and your staff must look and be appropriate for a professional healthcare facility.

Even a busy office full of patients helps to create fertile ground.

Bottom line, you, your staff, and your practice MUST act and appear AS IF you are ALREADY successful.
