Want to know how to attract patients around your office on Facebook?
First, you need a personal Facebook account.
From there, you can create a business account to market your practice from.
Then instead of offering anything for free or for a discount, consider doing this instead…
Post content daily (about musculoskeletal conditions, especially back and neck pain) and then spend $3-5 a day to “boost” that content to Facebook users in your area (your “local marketing” audience – see below).
You should also “boost” the same Facebook content to your patients and other people that have interacted with your online presence (your “retargeting” audience – see below).
Here’s how to create these audiences….
First you’ll need to create three separate custom audiences:
- Patients on your email list. (You’ll need to update this from time to time as your email list grows.
- People who have engaged with your business page.
- People who have visited your website (you’ll need to install the Facebook tracking pixel).
Create a “saved audience” that includes members of the above-mentioned audiences. I’d also recommend adding a geographic restriction to this audience so that you’re not paying to market to people who no longer or never lived in your area. Name this audience “Retargeting”.
Create another saved audience that excludes members of those three audiences and is also restricted to your geographical area. Name this audience “Local Marketing”.
This way, if someone in the “Local Marketing” audience sees your post on Facebook and clicks it, visits your website, or you get their email address, they will automatically move from the Local Marketing to Retargeting lists.
What do you post?
ChiroTrust can provide you ALL the content that you will ever need…. and show what you need to know to boost, post, and retarget daily. It’s not hard.
Once you get into the rhythm, it will take you only a few minutes a day from your smartphone and from anywhere.
All you have to do is become a member!
