Are you faithful to your patients?
Or do you continually fall in and out of emotional affairs with any of the following:
- Daydreaming about other places to be and other things to do when you’re with them.
- Increasing the speed of money extraction.
- Adding products and services in an effort to further monetize the relationship.
- Quantity of new patients over quality of the connection.
- Pretending to care.
When Chiropractic patients say “enough and enough” and leave, that’s when their Chiropractor starts to miss them and seems willing to do whatever it takes to get them back.
They read books.
They hire consultants.
They try to straighten up.
…But by that time, it’s too late.
Listen, your most valuable asset is your current patients.
The grass isn’t greener anywhere else.
Appreciate what and who you already have in your practice.
Take good care of your patients.
Don’t ignore them.
Don’t cheat on them.
…And then watch them pay, stay, and refer.
