The decline begins.
What seems to work in the short run, ends up damaging your reputation, your practice, and your spirit.
You and the market become mistrusting and jaded.
So before you consider adding more products, services, or advertising to your practice…
Before you attend the latest “secrets revealed” seminar…
Before you “click the link” and give them your email address for “see you on the other side” nonsense…
KNOW THIS…
It is far more difficult, expensive, and risky to succeed when marketing multiple locations, doctors, products, and/or services than if you just focused on one.
It’s much easier to succeed by simplifying your practice, by having the right “message to market” match, and by simply maintaining and prolonging the relationships that you have with your past, current, and future patients.
Proper Positioning, Relevance, Reputation and Relationships are everything.
Do less, not more, but do it right and for the right reasons.
