As an industry, Chiropractic lacks consumer trust.
Trust is built over time through relationship, reputation, relevance, repetition, and reliance.
That’s why the majority of your past patients don’t come in any longer and don’t refer others.
It’s not your fault. You have been trained to believe that being good should be good enough.
Unfortunately, it’s not.
You been brainwashed to believe that your “problem” is that you don’t get enough “new patients”—and it’s not.
Not enough new patients is merely a symptom.
“New patients” don’t build practices.
Trust does.
See, most patients are not being straight with you.
They won’t tell you what is really on their minds.
The only thing you have to go on is whether or not your practice is growing, stable, and profitable—all three.
So assume that none of your patients are being straight with you because they don’t have to be.
But you do.
They need to feel that you are being straight with them.
…and that takes trust.
Built over time.
