Want to completely eliminate practice stress?
It’s easy…
Always be working on something related to your practice.
ON your practice, not just IN your practice.
And here’s another extremely valuable tip…
If you are really stressed, burned out, or unmotivated, then work on small things that you can start and finish in just one day.
Do THAT every day.
It doesn’t need to be a big daily completed task but it must be an “ON” (not “IN”) your practice thing—even if it only takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
Then in a couple weeks, continue this habit AND add one intermediate goal that you can accomplish in just one week.
Now you are doing just one “start and finish” thing per day, and one bigger task per week.
Do THAT for a few weeks.
If you do, then you will gain momentum.
And you will gain a feeling of accomplishment.
Personally, this is how I built my business.
No big long-term goals.
One day and one week at a time.
As a result, I’m never stressed.
Seriously.
Never.
Try it.
