I worry a lot.
Always have.
Worry and Fear.
They’re my best Friends.
…BECAUSE I use all that normal human emotion to MY ADVANTAGE!
Here’s how:
Worry and Fear are nothing more than wanting something either to happen or not to happen.
Either way, somewhere in there is a desired outcome.
What I/You/We want is CONTROL.
So when I worry, I do nothing.
YEP. Nothing.
And I do nothing A LOT.
As a result, solutions come to me with virtually no effort.
No force.
No brain damage.
ALL FLOW.
So try it for a month.
Whatever you are worried about—finances, relationships, the future, the past, the present—LET IT GO.
Ignore it for a month.
Now sure, give it your minimum dose of required effort…or the maximum effort just below “worry”.
Or delegate it but don’t manage the delegation. LET IT GO.
Watch what happens.
In a month, your relationship with and around “it” will shift.
It will be different.
…and you’ll look back and WONDER what the heck all that worry was about.
…and over time, you will WELCOME worry.
You will use it to your advantage, just like I do.

Life is tough.
But so are tough people.

Just chill, let it go, and watch it flow.
